Mirela Senica

Mirela joined IBM in 2005. Her IBM career includes time spent on various leadership positions in procurement and currently she is responsible as Head of Procurement for CEE & MEA. She enjoys in working with her regional team, in their development and sharing experiences from different markets. From 2015 she has external role as President of Croatian Procurement association where she is actively promoting procurement profession, with the main focus on the strategies and practices that help procurement organizations transform and impact their business in a deeper way.

In 2018 Mirela was selected as one of Manager Champions in IBM. The Manager Champion Group (MCG) is global IBM’s award-winning, globally diverse team of 50 exemplary, ‘best of the best’ IBM Managers committed to serving as role models and advocates for IBM where one of Croatian employees had the chance to promote Croatian market in 2018.

Mirela is elected as board member of IFPSM at beginning of 2019. IFPSM is the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management, the union of 48 National and Regional Purchasing Associations worldwide and 250 000 Purchasing Professionals from 48 countries where Croatian Procurement Association has now its own representative.
