Jovana Dadić

Jovana is the Head of Project Management Office and the Acting Head of Organization Office in Banca IntesaBelgrade, the leading bank on the Serbian market. Jovana has worked on a wide range of bank transformation projects and has major experience in project management, process management and change management in banking.

Jovana spent the last two years initiating agile transformation in Banca Intesa Belgrade, leading the effortto conduct agile pilots and subsequently scale agile over the organization.

She is PMP certified, has BSc and MSc from FON, University of Belgrade and an MBA from COTRUGLI Business School.
