Many large organizations manage to successfully setup and conduct agile pilots, especially in areas linked directly toIT. Still, numerousnew obstacles start appearing when scaling agile further – both horizontally and vertically.

Banks, as traditionally rigid and complex organizations, need to put special focus on removing these obstacles and therefore need to build trust in different areas, as a key success factor for scaling agile.

This talk will explore different types of trust that are needed in order to start scaling agile, as well as practicaltips on building that trust.
