Back in 2012, our QED conference hosted a full blown Agile Croatia event for the first time. We have been supporting Agile Croatia activities ever since, in many different ways, and QED is never an exception to this.

So, this year’s edition of QED will again feature an entire track with lean and agile content. Trust, the main topic of this year’s QED, is a cornerstone of every healthy agile organization. Through several talks, workshops and customer stories we will try to shed some light onto why trust is such an important topic for teams and leadership, and how it can impact the success of an agile transition.
